We want your web site to be a success. To help you we have set up a comprehensive support system. Please follow the three steps below:

We have two manuals.
Using the manuals is by far the quickest way to get help with most common problems.

 

Check the support manual

The Support Panel manual gives in depth information on the functions of your hosting account and control panel.
These manuals have built in search functions so you will be able to find information easily.

Contact support via the help desk

If, after reading through the support manuals, you still have problems then contact our support team by logging a request into our help desk system.

Support requests sent by email will be ignored to avoid duplication.

Note: We can only provide support with problems relating to the hosting of your site on our servers, we can't help you write cgi scripts or build your web pages for you!

New Users: Before you can use the help desk you will need to set up a username and password.  
The username and password of your web hosting account will not work.

Telephone and Fax

We do not provide technical support by telephone because we have staff in several locations and customers in over 50 countries.
Our help desk system is structured to help you explain your problem clearly.
This allows us to resolve it more quickly.
Your support request will automatically be passed to the person best able to assist you.
